Since officiallybecoming an authorized BILSTEIN dealer in 2023, Shenzhen Zero Racing has been akey partner for BILSTEIN's performance upgrade products in the Chinese market.

Recently,representatives from Shenzhen Zero Racing Company were honored to be invited toGermany for a visit to the BILSTEIN factory in Mandern and a Nürburgringracetrack experience. This two-day trip provided them with a more comprehensiveand in-depth understanding of BILSTEIN's manufacturing processes, productrange, and brand culture.

The first stop onthe trip was the BILSTEIN factory in Mandern, Germany. Founded in 1956, it'scurrently BILSTEIN's largest German production facility. For this event,BILSTEIN partners from across the globe convened here for an in-depth tour ofthe modern factory, guided by expert BILSTEIN technicians.

BILSTEIN's Mandernfactory is highly mechanized and features a wealth of proprietary hardware andsoftware. Millions of BILSTEIN shock absorbers are produced here each year,ensuring a safe and comfortable ride for drivers around the globe.

The second stop ofthe trip brought us to the legendary Nürburgring circuit,famously known as the "Green Hell." This track, renowned for itsdemanding and extremely challenging nature, is a sacred place for countless carenthusiasts. The BILSTEIN dealer partners gathered at the Nordschleife couldhardly contain their excitement.

This event was notonly a factory visit and learning experience, but also offered a hands-ondriving experience on this famous circuit – widely considered theworld's most difficult and challenging – using testvehicles upgraded with BILSTEIN products.

From the VolkswagenGTI MK8, outfitted with the BILSTEIN B6 suspension system, to the Porsche GT3RS, showcasing advanced DTX technology, representatives from Shenzhen ZeroRacing immersed themselves in BILSTEIN's array of cutting-edge products andtechnologies, directly experiencing their exceptional performance under extremedriving conditions.

The Nürburgringalso serves as a testing ground before BILSTEIN performance upgrade productsare released. Discerning customers may notice the Nürburgringlabel on select BILSTEIN products, signifying they have undergone rigoroustesting on the Nürburgring and in the ATP testing area.

The BMW vehicles inthis track test drive also included two classic E-generation models: the E46 M3and the E92 M3. Their S54 and S65 engines are arguably two of the greatestengines in BMW history. For the suspension, both the E46 M3 and E92 M3 havebeen upgraded to the BILSTEIN B16 system.

This event not onlydeepened Zero Racing's understanding of BILSTEIN's 150-year brand heritage andtechnical prowess, but also strengthened the partnership between the two,laying a solid foundation for future growth and shared value creation in theChinese market.
